The International Education Exchange Council (IEEC) has nine committees that run the organization. The committee members are IEEC officers, who are involved in the leadership and planning aspects of the many IEEC-hosted events on and off campus. IEEC officers are both international and domestic students who voluntarily sign up for the responsibility of running the organization.
By being an officer, you gain real, hands-on job skills within areas of planning, communication, marketing, public relations, event management, design, finance, leadership, networking, administration etc. and you get involved with people of diverse backgrounds who have the same interests as you.
We are the administration backbone of the organization. We are responsible for running the International Education Exchange Council (IEEC) office and supporting the various committees. We communicate with the committee chairs regularly and support the presidents of the organization in the smooth and successful running of the IEEC. Within this committee, you will gain a high level of leadership and administrative experience, as well as being aware of and involved in everything that IEEC has to offer. You will have the opportunity to learn how to manage people and their projects swiftly.
